Do I need any scuba experience to start Freediver?

No — Freediver is a standalone course and doesn't require prior scuba certification. It's designed as your first step into freediving on a single breath.

What will I learn, and what comes after?

You'll build breath-hold technique, relaxation and calm underwater, and safe freediving practices. Once you've completed Freediver, you can continue on to Advanced Freediver and Master Freediver as your breath-hold and water comfort grow.

Where is the course run?

Skills training happens at our Gauteng pool, with open-water practice at Bass Lake or Miracle Waters. It's also worth pairing with a coastal trip to Sodwana Bay or Aliwal Shoal once you're comfortable in open water.

What does Freediver cost and how do I book?
