Exploration, excitement, experience. Five adventure dives that expand what you can do underwater.
Book this courseYou'll complete five adventure dives, including two core dives — Deep and Underwater Navigation — plus three of your choice from options like Wreck, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy and more. It's the fastest way to build real diving range.
Run your Advanced course at our inland dive sites, or make a weekend of it on the coast. Both earn the same internationally recognised certification.
You need to be a certified PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent) and 12 years or older.
The Advanced Open Water course is five ‘adventure dives’ — you learn by doing, not by sitting in a classroom.
Requirements: PADI Open Water Diver (or a qualifying certification from another agency) and a minimum age of 12. It's the fastest way to build real confidence and unlock more challenging dive sites.
It's made up of five adventure dives — you learn by doing rather than sitting in a classroom. Two are core dives (Deep, to explore your new 30m limit, and Underwater Navigation), and you choose three more from options like Wreck, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy and others.
You need to already hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification (or an equivalent from another agency) and be at least 12 years old. No other experience is required — the adventure dives themselves are your training.
Either works. You can run your Advanced course at our inland dive sites in Gauteng, or combine it with a coastal weekend at spots like Sodwana Bay or Aliwal Shoal — both routes lead to the same internationally recognised certification, just priced differently (see the price table on this page).
Yes, every one of the five adventure dives counts toward your certification and gets logged. If you're not sure which three elective dives to pick, our instructors will help you choose based on what you want to dive next — wrecks, night diving, buoyancy control, and more.
Prices shown include PADI materials where applicable, and club members save on most courses. Use "Check dates & book" on this page or visit our booking page for available dates; if you have questions about inland vs. coastal options, contact us first.
