The Bekka Broodjie is named for the way it's made: with love. Bacon, egg and cheese, put together by Rebecca with real care and affection. It's the perfect breakfast before or after a dive — though honestly, it's acceptable to enjoy one any time of day.

Our recommendation: always get the Bekka Broodjie with chips and chip spice. It just goes so well together.

How to Order

Head up to the kiosk above the pool area and ask for it by name: "Please can I have a Bekka Broodjie made with love, and chips."

How to Eat It

• Use both hands, or just one — we don't mind, as long as it ends up in your mouth.
• Never, ever use a knife and fork.
• Make sure you have one at least every weekend.
